Our People

The directors and staff of Quovus are a motivated team of Human Service professionals who live and work throughout urban and regional New South Wales, as well as Queensland, Central Australia and the southern states. Together, the individual members of the Quovus staff comprise a broad and advanced skill set, which interacts positively and creatively with our clinical, training, development, and operational systems work. Within our work we ensure a robust process of quality assurance and the utmost commitment to ethical consideration is always undertaken. We have established a range of quality assurance and continuous improvement measures that assist in meeting the expected professional standards and ethics.

To work within Quovus a person needs to have reached a level of professional competence that will permit them to operate with confidence when dealing with some of the most complex clinical cases that present. And on top of this requirement we ask that staff remain practical and accessible to the client at all times. We encourage our staff to act as “role models” to agency staff, to present well and always perform with integrity. We have worked to attract professionals with profile and reputation, and have also taken on junior clinicians to foster their skills.

Quovus dedicates quality outcomes to agencies and individuals regardless of agency size or resources allocated. Quovus staff members maintain highly effective interpersonal skills to enhance communication with people from diverse backgrounds.

Quovus staff hold current memberships with professional associations related to their relevant disciplines.

Staff members positively develop their skills as they receive quality supervision, professional opportunities and individual training plans which respond to identified skills deficits and personal goal setting. Quovus staff undertake to become involved in mentor relationships and the company offers unique psychologist and practitioner placements to students. It is our aim to continue to develop an organisational model which enables individuals to expand the breadth of their skills within an interactive and supportive knowledge framework, yet which also has the capacity to allow individuals to inject their own passions and ideas.
