Training

Quovus has developed a focused suite of training resources designed to provide targeted support to our partners across a range of human service fields.Our training program is constantly expanding and regularly reviewed to ensure the currency of knowledge and industry practice. A key aspect of our training is also to work closely with our partners to develop custom training packages that target the specific training needs of their organisations.  We are progressively moving our courses into on-line packages so as to provide further flexible options for our partners to access training for their staffing groups.  The training resources have been developed and designed to be suitable for:

• Up-skilling of staff member resources
• New staff member orientation to the industry
• Staff induction
• Current staff member re-freshers
• Recruitment and selection process
• Team building
• Key subject issues 

 No pre-requisites are required to participate in any of the courses.Quovus does not retain central training facilities; facilitators travel to training venues nominated and organised by the participating organisation as is convenient and appropriate to their training groups. Quovus provides all supporting materials including handouts and course delivery equipment such as data-projectors.
