Nick Byth - partner, Quovus Pty Ltd.
Nick has a diverse vocational background, including: human resource management, project coordination, and logistical support. Key aspects of Nick's role at Quovus draw on these areas.
While Nick operates largely as a contract coordinator and facilitator, his strong research background is utilized in keeping us informed of new developments within the human services field through the generation of literature reviews and project frameworks. This knowledge is applied in the development of customized training materials, both mapped to universal field competencies and individual service requirements.
Special competence in the following fields:
- A central theme of Nick's experience is involvement in aspects of Occupational Health and Safety and Risk Management. Allied to this type of systems design and management is the formulation and delivery of individualized tools and consultative mechanisms related to: problem-solving, business management and development, communication frameworks, group dynamics, and team building.
- Along with all operational members of the Quovus team Nick is a highly experienced training facilitator. Within the training environment Nick's role also encompasses the technical development of training systems and associated emerging web-based applications.

Prue McPhail - partner, Quovus Pty Ltd.
Prue’s major area of speciality is behaviour intervention.
With a strong belief in the importance of training and information for staff working in the frontline of support services, Prue is currently focusing on the delivery of Quovus training.
Having honed her skills under the guidance of Lisa Fahey at Equalis, Prue is now an integral part of the Quovus success story.
Special competence in the following fields:
- Prue has substantial experience working with foster carers of children and young people in crisis, as well as adults and children with disabilities.
- Experience working for DADHC in administration of crisis funding programs, and has also worked for DOCs in the disability field, specializing in behaviour intervention team, and in the non-Government sector in accommodation services for people with disabilities.
- Further areas of expertise include small business administration and music.

Karen Grogan - Psychologist, Quovus Pty Ltd
Karen has more than fifteen years experience working in the human services industry and has worked with both the Equalis and Quovus clinical teams. She is a registered Psychologist with the Psychologists Board of Queensland
and identifies passionately with the values and aspirations of Quovus. Karen's background includes complex direct service delivery and extensive experience in senior management positions both within Government and Non-Government sectors. Since joining the Quovus team, Karen has been involved in the provision of a broad range of clinical and professional services to organizations that support people with complex needs.
Key Areas of Speciality:
- Intensive Clinical Reviews, Behaviour Analysis and the development and implementation of Behaviour Intervention and Support Plans.
- Conducting complex investigations.
