Lisa Fahey BA Psy.ML.Psy Over the years Lisa has become an expert in strategic planning for care providers and their customers. As a supervisor and mentor, Lisa has fostered ethical excellence and a clear understanding of holistic care, in young psychologists, clinicians and trainees. Lisa has spearheaded the creation of not one, but two specialist companies, Equalis, and now Quovus, both of which have substantially and collectively "lifted the bar" in the area of human services. Lisa's specialty is the implementation of systems as well as the development of planning and procedures to meet specific requirements. She has a strong background in the development of work-based competencies and assessment tools. Her experience in providing clinical and programming consultation and support in the area of behavioural change is complemented by effective interpersonal skills to enhance communication with people from diverse backgrounds. Lisa has special competence in the following fields:
- Facilitating the development, analysis and monitoring of strategic planning and operational systems, procedures and training interventions to meet specific service provision requirements in the field of Human Service Provision.
- The provision of clinical and operational mentoring and supervision for specialist clinicians and all levels of service management. Vast experience and knowledge in the human services sector in roles ranging from direct service provision, to Senior Practitioner, and Senior Management.
- Providing Clinical / Programming consultation and support in the area of Behavioural Change and Skill Development intervention to persons with complex needs.
- The development and delivery of customised work-based Competencies and Assessment tools for specified positions and organisational roles, and the mapping of interrelated skills across associated staff groupings within the field of Human Service provision.
- The use of efficient and effective liaison techniques and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people at a range of levels and of diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Provision of expert commentary on ethical and practical issues to management and advocacy groups, and to the media.
